Situated at the south-east corner of the building as a two-room apartment, the "Gartenlaube" is the only residential unit with direct access to the garden.

The cozy 2-room apartment on the third floor is a small oasis where living merges with nature. The small living room, surrounded by greenery, is my personal retreat.

The 4-room apartment on the third floor offers a panoramic view in all directions. On entering the apartment, the view is directly into the forest opposite.
